Through our website you can contact the car repair workshop of your choice and request a quotation from them.

The website carstop.ee belongs to MEKO Baltics AS (Põrguvälja tee 4F, Lehmja küla, Rae vald, Harjumaa, 75306, info@autoparts.ee). MEKO Baltics AS processes your personal data solely for feedback monitoring for up to two months (for example, if a customer has not received a reply from a workshop, in order to check whether the enquiry was delivered), after which the personal data is deleted and only statistical data is processed further in anonymised form.

On our website we ask for your first name, surname, contact telephone number and email address. All personal data is forwarded only to the workshop you have selected, which can use your contact details to prepare a quotation for you. The quotation is sent to the email address you have provided, and your telephone number is used if necessary to clarify details. Other car workshops cannot see data relating to you. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

No personal data is processed
On the website we use a feature that lets you allow your location to be determined through your device. If you choose to consent to this, the website will offer you the nearest repair workshop via the Google Maps application. The data obtained is not stored on the carstop.ee website.

When a vehicle registration number is entered, we receive all the technical data of the car from the Transport Administration without any personal data. We therefore receive no information whatsoever about who owns or uses the car.

The cookies used on the Carstop website do not contain the personal data of website visitors and cannot be used to identify a website visitor. If a website visitor wishes to restrict the storing of cookies on their device or to delete stored cookies, they can do so in their web browser settings. The right to access your personal data
You have the right to access the personal data collected about you and, where necessary, to request its correction or deletion. To do so, please send a digitally signed application to info@autoparts.ee. Signing is necessary in order to verify your identity. Personal data is issued only to the data subject themselves. Personal data is disclosed to third parties only where there is a statutory right to do so.
